Terrible experience. Messed up our orders, our bread was rock solid, I asked for a veggie sub and she didn't even change her gloves after touching teriyaki meat. Old lady working alone on a Sunday couldn't hear me, took over 20 minutes to get 3 subs. And many times. I had to repeat the order toppings.
Not a bad spot but sadly closes at 10pm. Curteous staff let us order just before she closed so I bump the score from 3 to 4.
The restaurant is clean and filled with plenty of natural light. The staff has always been friendly during my visits. There are many seating options available for those looking to dine in. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Subway.
**The Good:** It wasn’t busy, allowing us plenty of space to relax. The restaurant was clean, and although the clerk was new, she did everything she could to ensure we had a great experience. **The Bad:** Unfortunately, they were out of meatballs, which was quite disappointing. Parking can be challenging due to the Starbucks drive-thru blocking access. As for Covid-19 precautions, there were no dine-in tables available, hand sanitizer at the entrance, tables set further apart in front of the counter, and a large plastic barrier at the cash register for safety. However, there were no floor markers to help with proper distancing while waiting. Overall, it’s a convenient order-and-go spot, especially on a quiet night.
