Mcdonald's - Greenfield

I ordered a sprite and got a dr pepper i think they can do better but they all ways get my order wrong so i want to sue

Service shouldn't even get a star. No one bothered to take our order. We had to order our food from the kiosk. Then we waited 10 minutes just to get someone to give us our cups. We had to ask someone to get our cups even though they saw us standing there. It has been 20 minutes and we still do not have food. We have seen many people coming in to request their food and many coming in due to wrong orders. There is only one lady with blue hair who is fairly nice. The others are rude.
