Mozzi's Pizza - Greenfield

Manager was kinda rude and just defended the pathetic pizza that we received. I’ve had the exact same pizza before from another location and it was great. However this time was laughable, we called to see if they’d make it right and the gentleman tried to tell us thats how it is at every location and that’s “just what they do”… send out pathetic pizzas apparently. As someone who has a little experience in the restaurant(pizza) industry, this man really didn’t want to hear us or make it right and we were just an irritant to him. Poor, poor customer service.

Mozzi’s is a local hometown chain that does so much right. The food is good with an ever changing menu, good service and their willingness to be good citizens. Definitely worthy of your business.

The new True Italian sandwich is AMAZING! you must try this, the hoagie bun is perfectly toasted and the taste of this is awesome

Absolutely love the loaded potato pizza and my all time favorite is the nacho pizza without jalapeños. The only thing I don’t like is how expensive it is. They do have deals daily if you call but I personally think it’s the best pizza in greenfield. I wish they had a rewards system for buying on the app.

The buffet will always make what you want they never ever argue with you even if it's a difficult Pizza but honestly they're spaghetti is the bomb I've been trying to get that recipe for years nobody will share it with me I can eat my weight in that spaghetti with the meat sauce.
