By far the best ponderosa I had. rachel and taylor tag-teamed our table and gave us a quick friendly service. thank you girls.

Have forged a bag of wings to go....super hot, light spicy and incredibly delicious! price is appropriate for the order. this bag was half full 20 minutes ago!

Great place to eat. Our waitress, Taylor, found us a mess on the bill. Saved us almost seven dollars. Wife left the money for her talk above and beyond. With people like Taylor who work here, it'll be here regularly. Thank you for a good meal with good people.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner, and they were packed. The staff was wonderful, the food was great, everything you can think of they had (turkey, ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, salads galore, desserts, etc), tables were cleared quickly so we didn't even have to wait for a table. We thanked our server and asked she relay to the manager how great our visit was, and to please thank everyone for working and doing such a spectacular job!!

Haven't been to this location in years due to the sanitary conditions, but decided to try it with complimentary passes. Management has indeed cleaned up this store and greatly improved the quality of food and service. Shelby handled my to go order and was very polite and prompt. She even went the extra mile and offered to help assist me out to my car with my order. When I refused she informed me she WAS going to walk me to the door and hold it for me and my granddaughter. Thank you so much Shelby!!
