Wendy's - Greenfield

Terrible. Ordered my food ahead of time, got there 5 minutes after, didn’t get my food for another 30 minutes. I love their food but I will not be waiting around that long ever again.

Very slow at the Drive Thru. It shouldn't take 15-30 minutes to get fast food.

Absolutely horrible . Hope it shuts down. Borderline useless workers and a useless establishment.

After waiting 30 minutes in drive through with six cars ahead, it moved two cars. At least three cars behind us left and either went inside or took off. Thought maybe they were short staffed. We parked and went in to order. Took another 20 minutes. 50 minutes to get food. The only ones hustling were two women. One was at the register and she was super sweet and friendly. Three guys were mostly standing around and moved like sloths. Also, very inappropriate music playing loudly. Who owns this place.

The staff was nice. Food was fresh and came out fast. The bathrooms were not very clean though.
