The restaurant had no customers when we first arrived at 12:30 p.m. There was one server working who was very nice. He did a great job. The food came out quickly and was hot. The reason for only three stars is the restaurant is very old and not well maintained. The ceiling vents were filthy. The table was sticky. The floor was very old and very stained. We had no complaint with the food or the service. The outside of the restaurant was not very inviting. The area that had plants in it was very overgrown. Were it not for the open for dine in and take out sign, we would have driven right by it without stopping thinking that it was abandoned. We can only hope that they did a better job cleaning the kitchen than they did the seating area. One has to wonder...
This place has definitely become a shell of it’s former self with a much smaller menu and a bare-bones pandemic staff. Food is served hot and with a smile so I am not going to whine. Get ketchup, tarter sauce and salt because it’s a help. Oysters are a best bet and Many of us do like the coleslaw.
We decided to give them one more chance and I must admit we were very pleasantly surprised. Their food was back to the Libby Hills of old!! Was very good!
Floors and tables were sticky. This place isn't ready to service any type of dine in crowd. The staff though are very nice and pleasant! I will just do take out at this location.
