Boston Market - Greensboro

I really love Boston Market and have been a loyal customer for years. While this restaurant has gone downhill in the past few years, I still keep coming back. However, during my most recent visit, they were out of turkey, which was disappointing. Additionally, the beverage machine has been broken for months, and it hasn’t had ice for weeks. They definitely need to address these issues and improve their management to ensure smoother operations.

Next, I had to go back outside to change my son in the back of my car. Once that was sorted, I returned inside to place my food order, which went smoothly. However, when I sat down to eat, I was disappointed to find that the cornbread and broccoli were both cold, and the drinks were flat. It seemed like the ice machine wasn't functioning properly, and the only drink option available was raspberry lemonade. Overall, my experience at Boston Market today was quite disappointing.

I ordered 1/2 all dark chicken and this is what I received!!! I also ordered 2 mixed steamed vegetables sides and all I received was freshly cooked and old broccoli… I am very disappointed and if I wasn’t located 30 minutes away I would turn around and complain in person!!!!

Went here an hour before closing. They wouldn't serve me what I wanted. They said they were eout of meat loaf, sweet potatoes, macaroni, and broccoli. The only meat they had available was dark meat. I was told to come back tomorrow for the items I wanted.

I will never eat here again! The sides was nasty and the macaroni and cheese taste like they poured the whole box of salt in it lol the corn bread was old and hard the floors was slippery and greasy they didn’t have any ice for the machines the women’s bathroom floors was flooded when someone flushed in the men’s bathroom the water came out of the drain on the floor. This place is nasty I use to like this place
