Country Bbq - Greensboro

I bought 2 large takeout trays with extra sides and a sandwich with fries from this restaurant. They now package their barbecue in paper trays and paper bags. Unfortunately, the barbecue was so watery and greasy that the trays and bags fell apart, causing the grease to seep through the plastic bag onto my seat. If I had not ordered a large amount, my food would have been in a paper bag, resulting in an even bigger mess in my car. While I enjoy their barbecue, I will not be ordering takeout from them again. If you plan on ordering to go, make sure to ask for Styrofoam containers instead. When my husband called to inform them about the issue, they did not seem concerned about the damage to my seat. We did not ask for anything in return, just wanted to let them know. Despite this, they have no plans to stop using paper containers. I paid $45 for 3 meals.

Awesome place-much better than Mac's! Adding more to this now that I'm at home....When I got back to my Airbnb for dinner and popped the top on the box-was blown away by the very reasonably-priced platter! More food than I could finish! Plus-this orderwas filled so fast that I barely had sat down when the woman who took my order motioned that it was ready! If you wantentertainment-then Mac's. If you want good and plenty Q at great prices-then Country-slam dunk!

This restaurant specializes in traditional BBQ, offering delicious smoked pork and ribs. The meat is clean, moist, and incredibly tasty with just the right amount of smoke and a vinegar-based Eastern Carolina sauce that enhances the flavor. The sides are also excellent, with southern-style hush puppies and white slaw that are equally delicious. You won't regret stopping by this place.

I dine at this restaurant often. The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit is unmatched in flavor. And don't miss out on their delicious sweet tea - it's the best around! Thank you to the staff for a great experience!

Country Barbecue has the best tenderloin in town. My husband always orders a tenderloin, egg, and cheese on a bun. I prefer their tenderloin platter, which includes two eggs over medium, tenderloin, grits, and a buttered biscuit. It's absolutely delicious!
