Not super friendly when asked questions, no one seemed to know anything about the vegan portion of the menu or able to find the vegan menu. It was all guess work (shoulder shrugs), which is not very professional to guess or just say yes to if your products are vegan friendly or not. I have been to the Chattanooga location and had the best experience, this one not so much from overall appearance to staff , definitely will not return.

Great reviews, such as fresh and hot and choice, But what is good is all when all donuts taste the same. It's a good tasting, but I'd just buy one if the eleven other clones to the first thing I had. It's about the dough. The taste remains in the back neck after the other donuts.

I woke donuts today and in Greensboro, which usually means KK, but only when the lights are on. Today I cracked a real donut as if I would make it home from scratch. And so it was Duck Donuts. Presentation speaks volume and they knocked it out of the park. Try if you have to ask, then you? ve never had real donuts, because these things are delicious. The staff was very pleasant and the business was clean. I put my order in the store and waited 5-7mins to be ready for my MTO. I experienced excellent customer service during the patronage of this business so when these Donut desire hits during the business hours give Duck Donuts an attempt!

I paid for 2 valentines boxes. I also upgraded to have the candied roses added to each donut. They did not add the candied roses. I did not see until I got home because they were sealed up. I emailed customer service to contact me about the issue, but they never responded. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It was the First Time visiting for some within our party. They L?VED the donuts!!!! Watching the donuts fry in front of us is a usual treat. Tonight we kept it simply. A half a dozen only, with 5 glazed donuts and one chocolate midnight donut. So warm!! So Delicious! So Moist! Such a Great Experience! Thanks DD!!! Have a Prosperous New 2020 Year! ??????
