Contribuisci feedbackI visited the restaurant yesterday morning at 8 a.m. and was disappointed to find out from the cashier that the sandwich station was closed. I was quite frustrated—how can a sandwich station be closed during the busiest breakfast hours? I decided to reach out to their corporate office to share my concerns about the experience. To my surprise, they responded promptly! Today, I received a call from Mr. Wayne Banks, the General Manager, who sincerely apologized and assured me that he would discuss the situation with the staff member who was working that morning. He also invited me to return for a complimentary breakfast sandwich. When I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied and apologized once again for what had happened. I’m truly impressed by their quick response and the considerate gesture, which shows that they value their customers. It’s rare to see such dedication to customer service these days. Thank you, Mr. Banks; I will definitely be back!
I consistently have a fantastic experience at this place, and the staff is always incredibly friendly. As a regular customer, they recognize my usual order and how I prefer my coffee, and they genuinely seem pleased to see me. This welcoming environment really enhances my visits and is a major factor in why I make it a point to visit Dunkin' Donuts every day for the past 6 or 7 years—364 days a year! Most importantly, the coffee is exceptional—significantly better than what you’ll get at Starbucks!
