Contribuisci feedbackPoor customer service. Do not order your food in advance online, it will not be fresh. After being told the food would be would be remade fresh on arrival they proceeded to give me a sandwich that was made over 30 minutes prior (at the time I placed the online order). Then the manager says it doesn?t matter when the sandwich was made because it would sit under a heat lamp, keeping it ?fresh?. Three different employees, nobody thought to do the right thing. Very frustrating.
This is my first time ordering subs from here. I had a tuna fish sub. The tuna was very tasty and the portion sizes are big (considering the price). But, the bread must have been two days old and even the chips were stale. Even the soda was flat. Maybe it was just an off day (I hope). I?ll try them again and update my review.
It was my second time getting the Italian sub. I love how the ham is sweet but every time I get a sub my bread is soggy!! I eat my sandwich immediately when I get home so it’s not sitting for a long time. I don’t understand how they are making the bread soggy…
Horrible experience! The so called “person in charge” (not owner) is so disrespectful to customers AND other staff! I really feel bad for the other staff!! He was so rude and wanted to argue with me. We decided to just leave and go somewhere else. Not sure we will ever go back to this location! No stars!!
This is my favorite Italian restaurant ever! The drive from Greensboro to Burlington is nothing. It's that good to go that far! The waitstaff is superb...the food my God is heavenly! The atmosphere is so delightful! I'd give this place 100 stars if I could. It's quaint, cozy, and romantic. Great for a date. Great for dinner with friends and certainly perfect for family gatherings! Love it, love it, love it!!!!!!!
