Contribuisci feedbackI left five minutes ago. the propulsion thru worker was rude and did not let me say the command. she cut me off to ask me small or medium. I went without eating.
The personal was nice and the cinnamon was ok, but the wormpatties are not to forgive. Do you know that you get this smell when the meat gets gray and somehow steam instead of brown? the same and taste penetrated the whole sandwich. I will never eat hardees breakfast again:
By the app ordered, went to pick up and was told that they were not open. when they said they were open and said they would open only 30 minutes later. it was an hour and half a time behind the hours they had in the load, the app, the website and google. they did not cancel the order if they were asked and did not refund me. inconsistent service and it makes sense that they are not busy. the only good hardee’s in greensboro is that of guilford college.
Very friendly staff. eating was better than expected. I exchanged the original bungalow with madteigbrot. the coworker heard and reacted with a smile. the difference between this hardees location in greensboro and the harden from winston salem is extreme. these harden seems to have an excellent customer service and a great clean look. many thanks for such a positive experience. the friendliness could be compared with a cold drink water on a hot summer day.
I purchased the 5pc chicken tenders. I was pulled up to wait for fresh tenders to cook. The food was brought out and I didn 't check it before I left, trusting my order was correct... so as you can see these are not tenders but pieces of tenders and some is just breading. Then I called to notify the manager but guess what no one picked up. Customer service is at an all time low. It is really sad that someone will happily serve food they wouldn 't eat themselves or pay for. It absolutely infuriates me because I have many years of experience working in fast food establishments and in customer service. Food is ridiculously expensive and when you are given substandard service it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. There 's no need to call corporate because they don 't have live representatives and will NEVER return your call. I 'm over giving businesses my hard earn money for poor goods and services.
