Mcdonald's - Greensboro

You'd think that with the kiosks to give an accessible and fool-proof expediting system for orders, that this location would benefit.. and flourish, but NO. Even with the higher wages workers wanted and from what I understand, got ; This location still does very poorly in my opinion..Have seen a worker with exposed foot seeing toenail and all recently, YES she was wearing a sandal or flippy floppy in there in the back of house, on shift. You can't make this stuff up. I go to this location because its the closest one to me and yes I keep going back. They are constantly pushing constantly customers out the door with their order, THAT IS FINE AND EXPECTED, but Don't forget our drink or just stop rushing us through... missing Pies when I order multiples.. Get it together guys... Y'all wanted better pay, Now what?

This medium fry dont look like the picture on the menu. Looks more like a SMALL fry dumped into a medium cart. Dont eat here. Go to somebody elses McDonalds.

They put some stupid heads on the counter. I gave them four ciffer code with Linked card, but they demanded that I still have to pay what I refused. later I found out I was charged for the article. So I paid and didn't get my product. they should train these people properly.

They always forget to eat so I have to go back when I miss what was missing, it is not even hot. the employees are always rude or simply unprofessional, acting as if they hate their jobs every time I appear there. this pandemic has brought out the worst with this mcdonald’s, which is not even worth going. they are not missing on much when they skip this place! I suggest trying whondys on the other side. at least they are polite for them.

I'm not big on almost food today. but to know that I was here and had a really big order for my family and she handed out everything with you and everything was prepared to order was the great. I'd definitely be back. if I have a last minute movement for my family. the service was great and eating was fresh and hot.
