Mediterraneo - Greensboro

Tonight we order from here for the first time in a while. Eating out costs . If you order the execution, you expect that things are right. Our mission tonight wasn't right. Here are pictures of how the food was packed. In addition, we had to go back in because they had forgotten to pack a side of Pommes we had to wait for. No good return experience to say the least.

I was here a few times and they're never disappointed! Every time the food was great and I was waited by Jacob who is wonderful! It's in a sweet mall with lots of parking. I recommend this restaurant.

I enjoy the house made Italian dressing and the garden salad, but the customer service is bad. I waited at least 10 minutes, while 2 other checkouts/hosts talked to each other and a third was on the phone with a customer. When she finally recognized me on the phone, she was not welcome. I paid for my food and waited while she collected my articles, because of the bad customer service I checked my articles before leaving and the garden salad looked awful. The salad was brown and the portion size was much smaller than what I usually get. I went back to the counter and waited a little more because I wanted a fresh salad that she turned off for me, but didn't apologize for not eating. I was very bad with the service today and I hope you can all have better days with great customer service.

We were here for my mom's birthday and had a party of six. We immediately sat at a table we had reserved, but they were not awfully busy. It took us a while to decide what to order, but we got two appetizers. After we had ordered, they had two items on the menu they were out of. Hummus is one and salmon is the other. It was 15 minutes after we ordered when the waitress told me they had no salmon in the kitchen. This was frustrating, as I had to make a quick decision about what was still to get. Our food took a while to get out and we saw other parties coming and going. For the price range I expected faster service and for them all have items on the menu. Overall, the food was very good and we had a good time. We were there over two hours. Another thing to mention was the way some of the employees were attracted. A waitress had on very short and tight shorts and a low cut shirt. It did not seem to fit into the atmosphere of a higher restaurant.

Highly recommend this Italian restaurant. We had the veal parmigiana and the chicken Marsala with 2 side salads and they were absolutely delicious. The veal was tender and perfectly cooked and the pasta and sauce were perfection. Very authentic tasting meal and the side salads were loaded up and fresh and a perfect start to the entrees. John O
