Contribuisci feedbackWhen I went to pick up the promised food during my lunch break today, I spoke with Terry, who told me that Ashley couldn’t just give away food because she’s only a crew member and that I would need to talk to GM Scott. I asked if he could just replace the old meal. Why would I come back to speak with someone just to get what I was promised? I even left my number for Scott, but Terry said he wouldn’t call me. Frustrated, I called my friend, who then reached out to another manager at Popeyes. They told us that Scott wouldn’t be available until Friday. That manager was much more understanding and willing to listen to my friend’s concerns than Terry was with me. The problem is, what if I was out of town on Friday? What if I were a visitor and didn’t know when I could come back? If I checked my order and found it wrong, would I really have to wait until Friday for a resolution? It’s unacceptable that I have to wait an entire week for something that should have been addressed right away. I refuse to accept something that has been promised to me due to a lack of training among the staff. This is completely unacceptable. I will never spend another penny here, especially if it means waiting 5-10 business days for them to address an issue that should be resolved immediately. It’s simple: get it right or fix it.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly, but they really need to improve their listening skills. Unfortunately, my food order was wrong twice, which meant I had to wait while everyone else enjoyed their meals. Overall, my experience was fair. I really appreciated the young employees; they were very friendly, but the management could use some improvement.
Can be slow but I love the blackened chicken. Employees are nice but have got my order wrong at times. However, we all make mistakes. Check you bag before you leave any restaurant
The food was awesome and fresh the beignets were magical. I had to wait about 7 minutes but it was well worth it and the customer service was superb. I have never had service like this before. Great job it's hard to get 5 stars from me. All three employees I spoke with were awesome. One lady young came by my car and gave me an update on my order she was friendly, professional, uniform was clean neat and could communicated very well.
What a fantastic dining experience! Christian at the front desk was incredibly polite and friendly, which made the delicious meal even more enjoyable!
