Scrambled - Greensboro

Josephines has quickly become a favorite spot for many, including us. However, we decided to give Scrambled a try recently. We had visited for Sunday breakfast a month ago and were impressed with the decor and friendly service. Despite numerous empty tables, we were told there was a wait of 35 minutes as they only seat every five minutes. The food, hash and eggs Benedict, was okay, but our waitress seemed scattered and didn't check on us much. Unfortunately, we won't be returning anytime soon. Good luck to those who decide to give it a shot.

We visited over a month ago for Sunday breakfast, so hopefully they have improved since then. The decor was nice and we were greeted by a friendly young woman. Despite plenty of empty tables, we were told that seatings were only every 15 minutes, so we had to wait. This seemed inefficient for a restaurant that should know better. We ordered the hash and eggs benedict, which were just okay. Our waitress seemed scattered and was not around much. We waited a long time for the check. Overall, we won't be returning anytime soon. However, despite plenty of empty tables, we were told that seatings happen every 5 minutes, resulting in a 35-minute wait. We were 7th in line, so the wait was excessive. We ordered the hash and eggs benedict, which were just okay. The waitress seemed disorganized and was not very attentive. It took a long time for us to receive the check. I doubt we will be returning anytime soon. I hope you have better luck if you decide to give it a try.
