This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by simple requests, such as adding bacon to a sub. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he would not be back until the next day, between 10am and 2pm. Who is in charge here? I will never return to this location and will be sure to share my negative experience with others. It's a shame to see such poor service in a business. Good luck with your business, but I doubt I will be recommending it to anyone.

On March 5th, 2023 at 1:30 pm, a young lady was extremely rude for no apparent reason. As a result, I decided to leave the restaurant. I do not recommend this location for take-out lunch service.

I visited the restaurant and ordered a sandwich. Despite being very busy, I ended up receiving the wrong sandwich. I called to discuss the issue and was informed that my information would be taken down for a possible credit or discount on my next visit. When I arrived to redeem this offer, I spoke with the manager who was extremely rude and essentially told me that I was out of luck. Thank you for wasting my money, Subway.

During my recent visit, I noticed that there was an entirely new staff, however, it is evident that they were still lacking in training. The lack of proper training seemed to be the same as my previous visit. However, the staff did seem to be motivated and willing to do a good job. It is clear that they are in need of better training and leadership.
