Sushi Republic - Greensboro

There is nothing better than good food and company. Greensboro offers a variety of great restaurants, among them Sushi Republic stands out as a top choice. We enjoyed a delicious and fresh Chef's platter with various fish. The restaurant is also attentive to food allergies, promptly notifying the chef of any issues. For drinks, we tried green tea and hot flavored sake. I opted for Lychee sake while my sister chose White Peach, both of which were very sweet. Following a friend's recommendation, we mixed the sake with green tea to create a milder flavor. If you have a sweet tooth, you'll enjoy the flavored sake; otherwise, mixing it with green tea is a great solution. The overall experience, from the food to the service, was pleasant and I highly recommend this spot.

That was my first time I was fed to this place, but I know it. eating is excellent, fresh and tasty?, loved the hot tee and the white peach sauce, plus the menu is well joined together for a lot of items, without complicating. my server was really nice and knowledgeable. I went around 9 o'clock and they close at 10...sooo, we felt a bit flown through our delicious meal. we could not enjoy it as planned because the hurly atmosphere at this particular time, we were a group of 4 people eating and going from appetizers, drinks and escape in 45 minutes. would not ask for dessert because there was no time for it and I honestly understand that I worked in the food industry before) next time I will take into consideration to visit the restaurant earlier, so that we experience completely relaxed wise.

Less sorting of fishing than average sushi place, but everything was from medium to high quality. Size of fish varies, for example they will get a lot of tuna and salmon, but sparing quantities of more niche fish. how they retain quality and diversity. workers in recognition of the fights with the supply chain. ask them what they have before they put their mouth on one.

Really enjoyed my experience. I arrived shortly after the opening with some friends and when we ordered that the place was almost full. they must have separate menus for lunch and dinner, because we have lunch menus consisting of several different options for meal times with many choices. the sushi rolls were very good, the special rolls were very unique some even with fruits. the server were very friendly and the restaurant had interior and exterior seats. the narr was absolutely delicious and the prices were very reasonable. will definitely return.
