Farad the manager goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The wings were fantastic and the BLT was incredible. Chill place with awesome food. Thanks for everything Farad!

Ordered 6 butter garlic parm, 6 hot parm, 2 ranch, and a Coke. The employee taking my order at the bar asked if I wanted hot garlic parm , I corrected him and told him I wanted hot parm , he understood. I sat down at a booth waiting on my Coke, it never came. 30 min later, he comes over with my wings in a take out bag. I wanted to dine in, he never clarified with me if my order was to go or dine in. I asked him for my Coke, he said it would be $2.xx. He never rang it up on my original order. I informed him that I wanted to dine in, but at this point I would just take them to go. I get all the way home (25 min drive), open the bag. They gave me 6 butter garlic parm, and 6 hot garlic parm... on top of that ZERO ranch dressing. I want my order re-made. $21 for the wrong wings and no ranch dressing after driving 25 minutes home... not acceptable. If you chose to go to this location, make sure you check your order before you leave!!!

Well what can I say they do live up to their standards these are the best wings by far hands down crispy flavorful delicious great customer service people get wings from here u won’t regret I had the beaver falls with honey yummmmmm!!!!

We just left Big Shot Bob’s on a Saturday night, and it was the best experience we’ve ever had there. There was a man who took care of us almost the entire time that looked like he was one of the cooks. He was so sweet, attentive, and generous!! I wish we would have caught his name because he was absolutely awesome!
