Chick-fil-a - Greensburg

The food is delicious! My only issue is that Chic-fil-A is always so busy, no matter when you go. I really appreciate that they’re closed on Sundays!

The fries I received were cold and had the flavor of old McDonald's fries.

My daughter and I are huge fans of Chick-fil-A, and this location is definitely one of our favorites. The lobby is consistently clean, and the staff is always incredibly friendly—exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A, no matter where you are.

Even though the drive-through line may be long they move with amazing speed.. As usual the food was hot and fresh and we were eating within 10 minutes after being 20th in line in line. All thumbs up here.

This was a major disappointment. I love the Chick-fil-A franchise and this specific location was a major let down. I had to return 3 tines to correct my order. Then was told there was nothing more she could do. My normal experiences is if they make amistake they correct it and be look oh here is a free sandwich not a employee who seemed agitated to be there today. Total letdown. Chick-fil-A is me and my family's favorite fast food choice and can honestly say I will never go back to the Westmorelandmall location the service was terrible. We normally go twice a month to a Chick-fil-A but and can honestly say this was ourworst experience with the franchise. Corporate needs to step in and correct this location
