Cold Stone Creamery - Greensburg

This is always a fantastic spot for ice cream! The service is quick, and the staff is friendly. They consistently get my order perfect. I really enjoy coming here and visit frequently.

The ice cream here is great, but the noise level is a major issue. The music is blaring so loudly that you can’t even hear the employees when they speak. They often have to repeat themselves, and it would be much easier if the music was turned down. This could be particularly challenging for those who are hard of hearing or have health concerns, as the environment feels overwhelmingly stimulating. Additionally, the prices have skyrocketed over the years, even before the most recent increase. They used to distribute coupons in newspapers, but that’s no longer the case. It's hard for families to enjoy ice cream when one order can easily exceed $5, especially with add-ons.

My husband and I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and there was at least 7 people ahead of us in line. OWEN waited on us and he did a great job, very patient despite our ?involved? order with many add ins. Friendly even though I?m sure the entirestaff wanted to get home!

I visited this restaurant today all the way from Monroeville and received assistance from the absolute sweetest girl who, in my opinion, is the reason this place is still running. If I recall correctly, her name was Hannah. There were signs on the door indicating that they were very short-staffed, and there was a line out the door, but she was doing an amazing job! However, I didn’t appreciate the middle-aged woman, who I assumed was some sort of manager, standing around "organizing" waffle cone bowls while 15 people were waiting in line. If she helped her staff, perhaps they wouldn’t be so short-staffed!

The interior is very clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. There's a great selection available, and the ice cream tastes fantastic. However, I wasn't particularly fond of the taste of the waffle cone, but that's just my personal preference. Overall, it offers decent value.
