Eat'n Park - Greensburg

I ordered a cup of potato soup, which Brandi mentioned would be coming, but 10 minutes later, she didn’t inform us that the soup was actually delivered to the table next to ours – they hadn’t even ordered it! It wasn't until I inquired about additional menu options that Brandi mentioned the mix-up. I then ordered a cup of noodle soup as well, but that never arrived. When we finally received our check, we waited an additional 20 minutes after our food was served, and it still included the potato soup that I never received. My friend kindly asked for the soup to be removed from the bill since we were nearing two hours at the restaurant. Brandi took the check back, only to return with the manager, Katie, who was incredibly rude and accused us of threatening to refuse payment. This was especially frustrating because we both had our cards ready to pay, and the soup we never received was still on the bill. Both Brandi and Katie were exceptionally disrespectful without any justification. Overall, this was the worst service I have ever experienced, and as someone who works in the service industry, I can confidently say that I would have been fired for such behavior. I've always enjoyed dining at this location, but the issues caused by these two employees were unnecessary and unacceptable.

French fries were tasty. Burger over done for personal preference. Coffee pretty good. Server very very very friendly!! Prices a wee?? bit high but. . . it's 2022

BEWARE OF ORDERING TAKEOUT FROM THIS LOCATION. Everytime we order here, our pickup is 20-30 minutes past the ticket time. This time we had 3 separate orders, 2 we're ready on time and the 3rd took an extra 30 minutes. My food was cold from sitting there waiting for our last order. Never have I had our full order ready in time. Gave this review 1 star only because the potato soup is always good. I would never go back if it wasn't for the soup.

Dirty as hell. Bathroom was disgusting. The floors look like they haven't been swept in a month. Ick. My daughter's mozzarella sticks were practically inedible too. Cold coffee served... We told our waitress that the burner was probably off. Yup. We were right. However, my son liked his burger and our waitress was nice. Lol

Their American Grill Burger is AMAZING! The meat is juicy and flavorful, the bread thick and buttery (grill top perfection), fresh veggies and gooey cheese top it perfectly. I'm a huge fan of their fries, the tasty cousin of the crinkle.
