Once the check came and we had to pay for an item that we did not even order through a mix of the cook directly, is when I noticed that something was not right. Instead of making a foot, I decided to pay for it again, it was my daughter's birthday and I left a tip above.
The food was great. The waitress was terrible. Originally asked for double white sauce. We got one for two people. I asked for more. She waited for two more tables and never came back. She brought me the check and asked if I wanted to go white sauce. I actually wanted it for my meal that was cold. Can't say she has a career in waitress as she won?t earn money.
We had reservations to celebrate two birthdays at 7:00. It was a complete mess, rude staff and terrible service. Management/owner was one of the worst interactions we had. We ordered an appetizer. After we had the appetizers, 2 employees and the manager approached us separately to tell us about the time (7:47), we had to pay more than the price in the menu. I had asked with 3 different employees to celebrate birthday cake for dessert at our table. No server or someone came back to our table after our original order. Not even pick up a court. Couldn't eat because of all the dirty dishes. At the end of the dinner, the only interaction of the staff was the chaos that had to be loaded by ordering the appetizer and more. We couldn't even get our check. When I went to the hostess after 40 minutes after our dinner to request our check and ask for the birthday cakes for the children, she said she would send someone. A man from the kitchen came out and said, "I don't know why, but they asked me to come out and bring this to you." It was the check. The hostess then brought out the cakes without cutlery. I went and asked the manager for cutlery and the manager began to say that she had to charge us more for the cakes! It was incredible. To add injury insult, 2 members of our party came down at 104 temperatures and were forced to leave sick within hours. I'm not. This place is dirty, a fraud and terrible service.
Avoid this place if possible. Last night at 8:00 p.m. for dinner to celebrate my recent engagement with the family and was treated as if we were a great effort. Called and a reservation for 8:00 for 4 people went in and got space and everything was normal. Our waitress was great, very nice and attentive. But the Hibachi cook was one of the most rude people I saw here. When he came to the table, he barely bothered to say hi, just went to say our orders. Then, while he did everything he didn't say, a single word, no theatrics (what is, why you pay for a Hibachi table) and no personality what ever. Didn?t ask if we wanted the Saki, neither gave us any sauces. When I asked about the chewing gum sauce (because we didn't get anything) I was looked at and the saucers hit us on the table. I also know that it is normal that they clean the flat top while everyone starts eating, but he was spraying things on the grill that was sprayed on me and my plate. It was in a lemon juice container, so I'm not sure what it was. We didn't say anything because it was 9:00 when we got our check and they were closed at 9:15. I wanted to eat my left upper hand today and found a piece of bone in my noodles that almost shattered my tooth. I called 7/11 today to talk to a manager and was told that there is no manager that they are two weeks on vacation. Overall, they set up a damper, which should have been a very funny time. The name of the Hibachi church was? Denny?
We have so much fun coming here. The food is consistently great and the show is wonderful. Each chef does a great job especially for the kids.
