Mcdonald's - Greensburg

My son and I had a great experience at this McDonald's thanks to the exceptional service we received from the wait staff. A new member of the team allowed my 5-year-old son to order by himself, despite taking some extra time, she was cheerful and accommodating. She then took my order with thoroughness and a positive attitude that truly brightened our visit. She made us feel like regulars at a local diner, and I hope management recognizes her dedication. I will be sure to stop by and leave her a tip for going above and beyond. Thank you to the amazing individual who served us today, you are fantastic!

Overall, the restaurant was good but there have been issues with properly applying my rewards points. This has happened multiple times recently, so it would be helpful if the staff could improve the way they handle rewards redemptions. It was slightly frustrating.
