The waitress who served us was fantastic, but the waiter who came out and criticized her in front of customers on the floor was quite rude and inappropriate. It's unacceptable to address another employee like that in front of guests; such matters should be handled privately in the back. I made sure to leave my waitress a generous tip for having to deal with that unpleasant situation.

This was our first time visiting one of these places since we rarely leave Pittsburgh, and we absolutely loved it! I ordered a Pittsburgher while my wife chose a chicken salad. The fries were plentiful and delicious. Our server, who had dark pink hair, was a lot of fun and really made my wife laugh. I'll definitely be back in Pittsburgh next time!

Now I have never tried this place ever so I can not comment on the food. I expect a waitress to make sure I actually sit down. The table I was taken to could barely stand at all, and I could tell this before I even tried to sit down. I try to point this out and my waiter or hostess or whoever was nowhere to be found. I'm standing there for about 5 minutes or so and I can't get anyone to help me really. I just walked out. If you don't take time to take your job seriously, maybe find other work.

We sat at a high table on the bar side, and everything was clean and well-prepared for us. The food was excellent; we enjoyed a house salad and an oven-roasted turkey and cheese sandwich, both of which were fresh and full of flavor. Our meals arrived in a reasonable amount of time, especially given how busy the place was. Our waitress was delightful—sweet, friendly, courteous, and attentive. She brought our drinks as quickly as the bartender could prepare them and kept us informed about our food's status. Overall, it was a great experience.

I love Primanti!! I moved away from Pittsburgh so I'll stay in town at any time. I don't always get the wings, but this time I have and they were very good. They have a light bread, but it was not to think, and they were perfectly cooked, not chewing and not cooked over.
