The restaurant is in urgent need of new employees. It used to be a nice location, but my subs are always cold now, whether they are toasted or not. The two employees working there do not follow proper sanitation practices - they do not wear gloves or hairnets, and one employee even had his pants around his ankles. They were also out of stock of almost everything, and despite being the only customer in the store, it took them over 20 minutes to complete my order. They made multiple trips to the back and were seen throwing food containers on the floor. The online ordering system is not much better, as my orders are always canceled after 40 minutes of waiting. This place has really lost its charm.
