Amazing and delicious homemade food, pleasant company, and pardon my language, a damn fine cup of coffee. With a wait staff where some have worked for 40 years and up, the atmosphere is one of being in a cozy home filled with nostalgia of eating breakfast at your Grandparents, or having a fine meal at home with your family. They are very attentive and easy to talk to. No matter what it is you get be it for breakfast, lunch, dinner or the incredible home made pies, it will all do what they've done for years. Filling bellies, making smiles, and brewing a damn fine cup of coffee.
We've past by a few times and have been wanting to stop. Finally we did. It was about 11:15am and I was hoping to get breakfast I could. Once the waitress came, she asked if we were having breakfast or lunch so I told her I would have breakfast in my husband and son would have lunch. Apparently they only serve breakfast until 11:30 a.m. so the waitress told me I would have to hurry if I wanted to get a breakfast order in, which was fine. However, the waitress was a little rude about it. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience because I wanted breakfast. But, the food was good and it was prepared quickly, it was hot fresh. We will be back for another try.
The food was great. Nice diner atmosphere. I had a delicious burger on a fresh-baked bun with fries. My boyfriend, who normally finds something to complain about, loved his hot roast beef sandwich with fries and gravy! The fresh brewed sweet tea was perfect. We will definitely be back.
Food was great I had the fish and hubby had the Hot roast turkey the service was phenomenal very friendly and fast and remembered that I liked 3 creamers for my coffee. Highly recommend
