The coupon for 2 can dine for 13.49....they won't substitute the pop for any other beverages. Or they tell you they will but the till won't do it.. So you end up paying an almost extra 4 or 5 bucks for coffee and did not give us the 2 pop beverages.... That were included We ended up dumping our coffees into other cups from other restaurants because they cups they give are too short for beverage holders in vehicles and they still have flat lids.... So you know what that means. Rave: they did give us ample ketchup and napkins

Didn't give us forks to eat our poutine, the fries were undercooked, and the chicken must've been too because it gave the two people in our group who ordered it food poisoning

Tried to order but the girl at the drive thru said she'd take our order in a minute and clearly forgot about us. Tried backing up and pulling back up to the speaker, nothing. So we drove up to the window. She made eye contact but didn't acknowledge us at all. We watched her take the order of the person who had pulled up behind us a few minutes after we'd been waiting. She refused to come to the window and just walked away. We decided to go to A&W instead.

I ordered a poutine with my meal, and it doesn?t even having gravy on it? Like 8 big lumps of cheese on a pile of fries with BARLEY ANY gravy. Glad I paid extra for that. Thanks guys

Chicken strip onion rings and fries basket. Really outdid yourselves on this one! What a joke. Wow the owner responded to my experience immediately. Instead of commenting on all of the terrible reviews maybe put that energy into improving things in your restaurant!
