I was quite impressed with this hotel restaurant. The seafood chowder was hearty and packed with meat, and the service was prompt and professional.
Good food is essential, but what truly makes this place special is the exceptional service. The staff treats you like family – the kind you actually enjoy being around! If it’s been a while since your last visit, now is the perfect time to return and explore the updated menu. And if Artisan hasn’t been on your radar yet, don’t miss out; you won’t regret trying it.
The restaurant offers several menu options (we dined in the main area but requested the bar menu), so be sure to inquire about choices before making a decision. The service was friendly, but they presented the check before checking if we wanted any refills or desserts. My burger was undercooked, and a portion of the chicken was slightly undercooked as well. Overall, this place has the potential to be five stars, but some careless mistakes brought it down to four stars.
Good food for a hotel restaurant.
