They never disappoint! The ice cream is the best, and the customer service is excellent!

The ice cream is good, but the cones are stale. During my first visit, I noticed the cone had a stale texture, and I thought maybe it was just a one-time issue. However, when I returned another day, the cone was still stale.

We ordered the Vaterdag cake, but I didn't check it before bringing it home, and then it poured rain. I thought it looked nice. That's what we ended up with. I will reach out to the business for a follow-up.

Customer service was awful. Charged twice for pickup order and having difficulty credit for overpayment

Customer service is terrible, I walked into the store ordered and paid in full for a cake and Polar Pizza. When a friend went to pick it up, they charged her again. They are rude and do not take the ownership of their mistake.
