Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

04/26/2024 The restaurant wasn't too busy. We were seated pretty quickly. We gave our waitress our drink order. She came back and told me they couldn't make the Vanilla Latte something wasn't working. I just told her not to worry about it and take it off the bill. We placed our food order, one request was a Coca Cola chocolate cake. I asked our waitress how to redeem my Reward points for the dessert? She didn't know, I would have to ask the cashier at checkout. After waiting for what felt like an hour, the food arrived and we were notified at that time they were out of broccoli, what other side would we like? Fries, that will be fine. Halfway through the meal, our waitress offered to go get the cake, at that point I just asked for it to be taken off the bill and don't worry about it. I wasn't happy about this visit. And I will probably take a long break from visiting.It's decent most of the time.Update 8/22/2019 tonight we waited 50+ minutes for our food. If the conversations had not been good, we would have left after 30 minutes. And it wasn't even crowded.

Everyone was so courteous beginning with the hostess, waitress and the cashier was extremely nice and professional. The only problem I had was you don’t have thousand island salad dressing for the salads so I will not purchase a salad there anymore, but other than that my experience was great.

Did not get some of of food and condiments. Waited and waited for our waitress to come back, had to go find her...... Stuffing her face with candy in the front. This happen throughout the meal with drinks, etc.

Very busy the day we went for the first time but the service was spot on. The waitress was so polite and patient. Very sweet young lady that went above and beyond.Oh yeah and the food was amazing.Me and my man shared a meal because they give you so much food plus we took some home.I would definitely go again.

Waited almost an hour for chicken tenders that were like rubber, cold dumplings, and a portion of okra that consisted of 5 pieces.
