Crave Uptown Restaurant and Bar

Crave was great! the service was wonderful and the food was delicious!

I had the worst experience I had in a restaurant last weekend when I was eating in crave. 5 of us went to dinner after football. we had seen such a nice online menu that we decided to try. we went up and the restaurant did not look as attractive as their online menu, but tried to try anyway. it took an hour to get our food. 3/5 commands were wrong, the caesar salad looked like it could have been chewn instead of on the top and the $21 steak that was assumed that medium was made extra well. we have already been shut down by not drinking fast (we were 1 out of 2 groups inside) and eating for as long as we had 2 bites that we asked for the check. we said the computer did not work, and it took almost an hour to get even our controls. it didn't seem like someone knew how to wait tables or use the computer system. the manager took some money from our bill, but I would never go back and eat in crave and I would never recommend it to everyone.

Eating here is consistently delicious, especially desserts.

The only LGBT ice/night club in eastern nc is hip, friendly, diverse and has a fantastic menu. From starters to drinks and desserts, crave rocks. try the black runners or the fried zucchini appetizers...YUM! after 10 o'clock brings a big dj the club side to life! the quantity is a lgbt rainbow of community and friends. I'll be very often again!

We went to Crave with high hopes since Greenville doesn't have much in the way of top notch dining. Typically OpenTable doesn't offer mediocre restaurants, but this unfortunately is an exception. To start with, I had put avoiding seating us near a service area in the reservation, but that's exactly where she put us even those there were plenty of options. We could hear the noisy banging of plates being rinses and could even smell the dirty dish water. We ordered a bottle from their tiny wine list. The very nice server opened it for us but just left it there for us to pour ourselves. We ordered the artichoke spinach dip appetizer and it was very good. For entrees 3 of us got the shrimp and grits and one got the cedar plank salmon. The salmon was overdone and small, but tasted good. The grits on the other plates was gummy and bland tasting. There were a few small shrimp but most of protein on plate was sausage and bacon. Ambiance was lacking so didn't help redeem a forgettable meal.
