Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Greenville

I am a fan of DQ, but this specific location is extremely slow. I waited for over 30 minutes for a Flamethrower Burger, a Double Cheese Burger, and 2 drinks, and there weren't even many people in line. I suggest avoiding this place unless you have time for a long nap in your car after placing your order.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at the restaurant located at 2458 SW US 221 in Greenville, FL. We stopped for ice cream during a road trip around 4pm on October 8, 2022. The restaurant was in disarray, with half of the tables cluttered with chairs and the other half filthy. We had to clean our own table before we could sit down. The girl at the register was too busy goofing off with another employee to take our order properly, resulting in mistakes. There was no verbal communication with us, only head nods, and the staff seemed more interested in playing around and using foul language than serving customers. It was a very unprofessional and unfriendly environment. We can only give this place 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. We would not recommend this restaurant to others. It seems like this has been an ongoing issue based on other reviews, so it's unlikely that our feedback will make a difference, but hopefully it will help others avoid a similar experience. We are grateful that we did not have our children with us during this visit.

Unfriendly and very overworked, the lobby was closed due to short staffed. The food was good, can't go wrong with a chocolate dipped cone

I visited DQ on 06-16-2022 and was disappointed to see the staff sitting on the counter where they hand out food to customers. I chose to leave and did not have a good experience.

Although they need more personnel (and who doesn't on these times), the lady that served us did an excellent job. The place is clean and we'll kept. The hamburger was nicely crafted and delicious. Loved the cheese curds!
