Contribuisci feedbackI eat here quite often, as I have grown very close to the disappointing service and they are the only hardees in our area. Usually they take 30 seconds- 1 minute or more to welcome you in the drive thru. My order 75% of the time is wrong, and the sausage is burned ALWAYS. I'm sure better management or maybe paying would improve how customers are treated and responded. You still have damn good engraving and it keeps me back.
Love the chickens tender they are ALWAYS hot and juicy..
Stop trying new 'Prime Rib Thick Burger', the hype is better than the Burger! If it was Prime Rib on the burger, you could see it, very, very little!
It was 8:00 and I went through the drive thru. Just a car. Wait for the speaker for a few minutes. I made my order. Wing to the window and paid. They asked me to pull me to the door. About 10 minutes later they brought my sandwich. It was COLD. I rarely go to Hardees because of their terrible food quality. They would think that in this economy, in restaurants fighting, they would rise it. It's like the chain is begging to close well. As far as I am concerned, the poor food quality they know will not be missed. So disappointing.
I have never experienced any problems with the staff at this restaurant, and the food is consistently delicious. They even recognize me by name, which is a special touch that I appreciate. Whether I'm in the mood for a Frisco burger or chicken strips, they always know exactly what I want. I absolutely love dining at Hardee's.
