Contribuisci feedbackMy family and I went to IHOP twice during the first week of July. On both occasions, we received fantastic service and enjoyed delicious food. The breakfast was especially amazing, just as we had anticipated. When we visited for dinner a few days later, we found that we preferred our meal at IHOP over a pricey restaurant we had tried earlier in our travels. We will definitely be returning to this IHOP in the future.
Birthday celebration for 2 family members. Good food and atmosphere! Only the output was service time with refills and missed orders. They were in the staff and we had 21 in our party.
Our server was very slow, especially because it wasn't busy! We had 5 tables in our area-2 groups came to the USA! It was not busy as this place is usually. We didn't get any refill on our drinks, nor did they come by to check us until it tried to give the bill!! My table had the least attention she had on tables around us. OTHER servers took care of us better because we had to keep them for our needs. Some of my 5th party had missed parts of our orders, and the food was cold. Bad service. We went to this place because of the great service we received in the past.
IHOP is one of our family lovers. You have a good selection of food items on your menu. You have something for everyone, including picky food. Servers are friendly and attentive. The service is sometimes a little slow, but there are more family time. Restaurant and bathroom are clean and included.
Mannnn... that was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had at an IHOP. It was a very busy Sunday, plus we had 5 children and 2 adults totally expected to wait a bit. All right. We waited about half an hour for a table (not bad at all). Order drinks and food immediately. The server has forgotten to submit our order. We waited and waited. Every table for us ate and left... finally we asked the server for more coffee. At this point, an hour and half an hour in our dining room experience, I believe they decided to check on our order and realized that they forget it. We got our food about 20 minutes later, not exactly how we ordered it, but at that point we didn't care. The manager took 20% of our ticket? Not worth it.
