The food was enjoyable, but the service could be more attentive and energetic.

Poor customer service, just left there and my hubby ordered a $3.99 special in their window and when we paid they charged us 6.29 for his special and stated no refunds or accommodations for the few dollars extra??. What he got for $6.39 plus tax?? Nevaagain

Over the past three weeks, I have dined here frequently, but it appears they are not quite ready for the busy times. I ordered the $20 fill-up, yet every time I've received only 2 or 3 pieces of original chicken, with the rest being a mix of whatever was available. On a positive note, the service has improved significantly, and the food has been fresh and flavorful, showcasing the signature KFC taste. I’d like to commend the manager, Angela, and her team for creating a warm and welcoming family atmosphere. Thank you for your hard work!

They only start on your online order when you get there. The other issue is that they didn't have legs and wings. The customer service has gotten better though.
