Mcdonald's - Greenville

I recently arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order, but initially the woman speaking to me was cut off. After trying to communicate with the cashier and receiving no response, my friend had to pull up alongside me. The worker was preoccupied with his phone and not paying attention. I gave my order to the man, who then informed me that I was at the wrong location and could change it. Although I appreciated this, he was not very clear on which address to use. I adjusted my order and expected to receive my food, but upon entering the restaurant, a man calling out orders became increasingly frustrated when he couldn't find mine and had to seek assistance from his manager. Despite my friends and I explaining that the cashier had said it was possible, the manager was dismissive and rude, stating that they couldn't accommodate our request. They seemed to just want us to leave and were disrespectful in their communication. I called the original McDonald's location where my food was prepared, and the person who answered was more considerate and respectful than the staff at the other McDonald's. They responded kindly and were able to resolve the situation effectively.

I get it’s late and being near a college you get a lot of drunk college students but it’s no need to be rude to customers. Asked for plain cheeseburger and they ended up putting the extra things on it. No politeness from the employees who are serving at the window

Called guy answered than hung up went over at 430am not open. Even tho google says 24/7 open. Not true.

This McDonalds is hit and miss. Some days the food is hot and other days it’s not. I tried to order a hot fudge sundae and have been told their machine isn’t working.The staff are friendly and the drive thru moves pretty quickly. Just need more consistency of hot food.
