Papa John's Pizza - Greenville

Your delivery system needs improvement. I’m tired of hearing apologies from drivers every time I'm given a delivery window. Competitors like Domino's and Pizza Hut have their delivery services running smoothly, so why is yours so unreliable? If I'm told my order will arrive in 40 minutes, I expect it to arrive in that timeframe, not 90 minutes later. Perhaps if I stopped tipping drivers, it would motivate you to get better.

The pizza was quite good for a chain restaurant. I also stopped by to enjoy a complimentary chocolate chip cookie in celebration of my birthday (with email sign-up).

We occasionally indulge in affordable, mid-tier pizza. Just be sure to either pick it up directly from the shop or be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. Otherwise, you might end up with lukewarm pizza.

Papa johns has great pizza but they put 1 pepperoni on every slice? Leaving you with bread, sloppy sauce no meats what so ever! Come on papa johns y'all are slacking fr fr! If I wanted bread with sauce and cheese. I would've ordered cheese sticks? PAPAJOHNS on S. pleasantburg need to do better?

I've ordered delivery from this location more times than I'm willing to admit during the pandemic. Everytime the pizza was great and exactly what I ordered. There was only one time that it took a bit longer than expected to arrive but it was a big order on a Friday night. Delivery guys have always been great too, one even pointed out I had a raccoon on my porch when he pulled up. I get a lot of disdain from my friends when I tell them I ordered papa John's for my dinner. I like Papa John's, it may not beat homemade pizza or some other local places, but for the price, taste, and location, it's convenient and tasty for me. Keep up the good work guys.
