Puerto Vallarta Mexican - Greenville

I was so engrossed in my food that I forgot to take a picture! It was my first visit, but certainly not my last. I specifically ordered the steak, chicken, and shrimp fajita lunch, and it was delicious. I also ordered some food to go. I highly recommend supporting this local business!

We dine here from time to time, and the food is excellent and worth the price. Service is usually good, although there have been instances where it falls short. Just be sure to double-check your bill.

Amazing food and always at the point. Customer service is fantastic. Only advice stays away from Bitesquad. We ordered for our family of 6, apps and all. It was said the delivery was an hour. We order them all the time through Doordash, but had to use Bitesquad due to an error on Doordashe's app. Worst mistake. $154 Order, Food, Fees and Tip. One hour later, we hadn't assigned a driver. I asked for help, they told us we had a driver. 10 minutes later I reached the same story again. Finally, I get a driver because my food is now 30 minutes too late and we plan to get out of town. The new driver reached that she had to have the restaurant to revoke the order, someone else had picked up the order. She brings the food, and I still lacked 3 of 6 meals and 3 of 4 cheese dips. We argued until we get a full refund. We contacted the restaurant that explained what was done, and unfortunately they lost a lot of money on my order. They lost the first order to someonestealing, then basically a 2nd order bc they made everything again. Only that someone can steal 1/2 of the new order. Not to mention Bitesquad do not pay them for the order. We'll take care of this restaurant. You're a stand-up business! Thanks to Puerto Vallarta for good food and good service!

My favorite Mexican restaurant for lunch. Two minutes from my office. The place is very clean. The decor is festive. The service has always been spectacular. And the food is always WONDERFUL. Prices are good, the shares are more than sufficient. In the six years I came here (at least twice a month) I had a problem with my food. Recommend this place when you are in the Cherrydale area.

The food was excellent, served hot and promptly. Unfortunately, our server was inattentive, often leaning against the bar and watching YouTube videos. I had to seek him out multiple times for takeout containers and drinks. He never asked if we needed anything else and didn't stay at our table long enough to check in. It wasn't overly busy for a Thursday afternoon. While the food was wonderful, the customer service left much to be desired.
