Red Lobster - Greenville

I really enjoyed dining at red lobster. Angie has very good customer service and was able to help me choose the perfect meal for my appetite.

The food is consistently excellent, and the hostess was wonderful. However, our waitress seemed to be constantly complaining about something.

Kristina is awesome. She always provides friendly and efficient service. She makes our visit so enjoyable!!

In the past, we didn't have a great experience here (about a year ago), so we were hoping things would improve. I'm happy to say that any negative memories from before have been wiped away! From the hostess to the bar staff and our waitress, the service was outstanding. Angie, our waitress, was not only the best we've ever had at this restaurant, but she also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more. A huge thank you to the staff who worked during lunch today for providing such a wonderful experience and restoring our confidence in coming back to this location. Thank you, everyone!
