Texas Roadhouse - Greenville

Very fast. drinks came and no problems. then we got plastic equipment! we had 6 people and 4 of these ordered steaks. a steak was good. the other three were not cooked as we asked. one had ordered a bbq pulled pork sandwich. the man who runs around to ask how fowl is..we informed him how the steaks were not cooked, as we were asking. and the pulled pork was so dry and no sauce on it! he comes back with tellers and asks the 3 with the wrong boiled steaks and the with the pulled pork to lay the steaks and pork pulled on the teller. so we have mushrooms and swirling sitting on our plate cold when the steaks come back. and the pommes were so salty that my children would not even eat them. teller sat on the table when the waitress comes to check how our food is. then we get our bill, which was about $155, and we'll say we have a discount for the problems. check the bill to see a $3.00 discount! will not return!

One half of my steaks was cold back, but the other half was perfectly cooked. it was good overall. I will be back

My date and I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We had a great time in excellent conversation during our time there and after. I recommend the Cactus Blossom with the Spicy Ranch Sauce. I had the boneless grill chicken breast with half a rib and my two sides were a bowl chili with a house salad. My date had a Sirloin steak with ribs and her two sides were a Caesar salad and potatoes. We're definitely coming back.

Great food, good service. had birthday credit for free app. they took picture of coupon, but then not the app store. paid on the kiosk that showed only in total. did not notice until I came home, looked at me by email. they called them offered 2 options, none of which worked for me, as the next roadhouse is over 1 hour away, we do not come often. They said they would return my gift card, but it would take up to 10 days to see it. I hope I see it. pretty sure I will because they are a first class.

I gave this restaurant 5 stars for one reason, Amber the bartender. If you want a fine dining amazing steak I wouldn?t say this is your spot. Being from a huge city I didn?t expect much. Food wise I got about what I would expect. I?m rating this 5 stars because I sat at the bar and met Amber. She was such an attentive and happy person, you can?t possibly complain about the food. In fact as hard as she tried the kitchen just couldn?t cook my steak to medium! But honestly the food is par for the course at a chain restaurant. My experience was really great and entertaining because Amber was amazing! I?m from out of town but if I lived locally I?d still eat here to chat with Amber! She?s a gem!
