Trappe Door - Greenville

I absolutely loved Trappe Door! The food was fantastic, the beer selection was incredible, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was really cool. You definitely have to try the absinthe! We'll be returning for sure.

This is one of the best hidden gems in Greeneville! It's cozy and tucked away, providing a wonderfully romantic atmosphere along with an amazing menu. Everything we tried was delicious, and the service was exceptional. This will definitely be our new go-to spot!

My wife ordered a glass of wine to start, while I opted for the bitterballen appetizer paired with St. Bernardus Watou beer. The appetizer was savory and delicious, featuring a wonderful mix of crunchy and soft textures. It reminded me of a shepherd's pie served in a fried ball. As for the main course, I was absolutely blown away by the Carbonades Flamandes. It was hands down the best beef stew I've ever had—I've eaten a lot, so that's saying something! I was so engrossed in enjoying it that I nearly forgot about my beer sitting on the table. My wife chose the Boulettes Liégeoises, and it was equally delicious. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and incredibly tasty. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic date night or just a casual evening out. This place is a must-visit, and we will definitely be coming back!
