Wings was raw and ****, ribs was all fat and service was terrible.

Unfortunately, the waitstaff seemed either unorganized or poorly trained. The service was slow, our orders were incorrect, and the music was excessively loud. The BBQ brisket we ordered tasted like it had been tenderized with a mallet and drenched in liquid smoke. However, the one positive aspect of our experience was the delicious onion rings.

The ribs were not done enough in our opinion. Weren't fall off the bone quality. Flavor is good, just not cooked like I like.

Enjoyed the food and ambiance but the music downstairs was a little loud,could not hear my friends across the table from me!

I absolutely adore Virgil's BBQ. The food, service, waitstaff, music, and portion sizes are all fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly and the overall experience is a lot of fun, even though the prices are a bit high.
