Wendy's - Greenville

I absolutely loved it! The staff was quick, very professional, and polite. I give them five stars!

He insisted he was right, and I felt belittled for simply trying to ensure the customer received their correct order. When I went into the store to explain the situation, the staff member confirmed that the customer had indeed ordered a Fanta and baked potatoes, as I had tried to explain to the manager. Thankfully, the customer informed me that she would no longer be ordering from this Wendy's, and I agreed that I wouldn’t be eating there again either. In total, this place lost two customers due to the poor service tonight.

I visited the restaurant with my husband and placed our order. When I inquired about eating inside, the staff member said no and informed us that we had to eat outside. We decided to sit in our car to eat, but then noticed a group of African American patrons who were allowed to enter, order, and eat inside without masks. Meanwhile, the employees were also not wearing masks. I was wearing mine and had been told we couldn't dine indoors, which made me feel that the treatment was racially biased. After we left, I saw seven Black customers seated inside the restaurant. I called corporate to express my concerns, but I'm still very troubled by the way my family was treated at a place we frequently visit.

This is an okay place but this the second time I've been and my food taste really old, the first time I went my fries were old, like they were sitting there for awhile and they just rewarmed them. This time I went my fries tasted rewarmed again and my burger tasted weird like it was sitting there for a couple of days my pickles and onions tasted old, I had to just throw the burger away smh. Sadly I will not go back to this Wendys. 2 stars because my drinks are always good and the people there are nice.

Fries always taste old like they?ve been sitting for a while. If you ask for your food fresh, they will just dip it back in the grease. Not actually cook it fresh. Order is ALWAYS wrong, 2 stars because the strawberry lemonade is good!
