The food is hot and delicious. Be ready to wait in the car thru for 20 minutes.

Zaxby’s is somewhat on the expensive side overall, when considering the chain as a whole. However, this location consistently delivers delicious food and does so quickly through the drive-thru. Given that I often choose to visit during Covid when only the drive-thru is open, that speaks volumes about their service.

The drive-thru was crowded, and there was construction along the road. I placed an online order, which was supposed to be ready before I arrived, but I had to wait for my order to be picked up, even though the food was already prepared. The meal was hot and seemed fresh.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever visited. For four consecutive days, there hasn't been any ice for drinks, and there have been no large cups for even longer. The staff was rude, despite my efforts to be respectful and relatable.
