Upscale coffee place with amazing peacan squares! My medium roast coffee was delicious too.Parking: Parking on the street is free in Sundays and holidays.
I just walked out of the E Putnam location, sitting in my car as I write this. I encountered unwelcoming customer staff with poor customer service. Particularly this young Latina woman, long curly/wavy hair who was speaking in Spanish and probably didn't realize I could understand her. Not a hello or thank you. Not a greeting at all. She took my order with a miserable look on her face. I politely asked to see the cup diffence between small and medium and she was bothered. I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and decided to stop here for coffee. When my order came, I put on the wrong lid by mistake that was on the counter and she made fun of it to her other coworker. How rude and unprofessional is that? Very bad first impression. The staff here needs to be trained on proper etiquette and customer service. For a quality coffee shop, I expect good customer service. I definitely received a poor and lower than mediocre service. So disappointing.
I like that spot, it’s my favorite spot when driving north, I make I do that spot, good coffee and good pastries, that day one of the person there start imitating my accent, many times, I was so mad, I could easily talk to management them or just give here a hard time, but I let go, I’ve seen a lot stupid people like here and isn’t here will stopped me to coming back
Cute cafe, good variety of treats and coffee options. First time stopping by, I was delighted to see vegan brownies on the pastry stand. There wasn’t any sticker indicating that they are also gf. Being that I have celiac, I asked the cashier if they were and received a snarky response. Completely unprofessional. Didn’t get a name of the worker but he wore round glasses and had a cleanly shaven head.
