Had an hour and 10 minute drive with the kiddos. Ordered through the mobile app. When we arrived the employees told us they were closed due to staffing issues. Guess now I will have to see how long it takes to credit my card. Also- no other food in the area. Had super disappointed hangry kiddos. Price per person: $30–50 Service: 1

McDonald's gives you exactly what you want every time.

We ordered two Big Mac meals, and they were completely unappetizing. It seemed like someone had dumped an excessive amount of salt and pepper on each burger, making the first bite literally nauseating. The photo shows how I tried to scrape some of it off in hopes of being able to eat it. As for the service, it was decent. We ordered takeout for lunch, and the cost per person was around $20–30. Food rating: 1, Service rating: 4.

If you encounter any issues with the mobile app, the staff here are not equipped to assist you and seem to have no solutions. Additionally, some employees lack customer service skills. Service: 1

Didn't get items as ordered. Put onion and mustard on my quarter pounder. Gave me sweetened ice tea when I ordered unsweetened. I was traveling through and did not have time to return to get things corrected. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
