The service was fantastic—quick and polite—and the food options were truly delightful. The prices were reasonable for the area, there was plenty of parking available, and we enjoyed numerous windows offering great views of the avenue. Well done!
If you find yourself at this restaurant, you definitely need to try the bubble tea! I was also happy to discover some vegetarian options that my toddler loves. A big thank you to the staff for their helpful suggestions!
The Fire Wok was a hearty mix of vegetables, shrimp, scallops, and lobster, all drenched in a sweet and spicy broth. While it had a lot of flavor, it wasn’t overwhelmingly hot. The service was friendly but not quite up to restaurant standards. The decor is a bit dated, with worn floors and furniture, but it added to the charm, making it feel like I had traveled to the Far East. Though they don't serve alcohol, the unsweetened home-brewed iced tea was refreshing. Overall, I plan to return—the food was genuine and well-prepared, with no pretense. It truly fills a perfect niche!
P.S. Even though I live in New York, I plan to come back just to enjoy this place again. No kidding!
