Wendy's - Greenwich

Yesterday I brought the children to this wendy’s. I usually don't need fast food facilities. but the children love their chicken nuggets and bacon burgee. let me tell them that the load and the bath were immaculate; the personal was so helpful and professional. I wouldn't have asked for better people to serve us. plus: that pretzel burger was delicious! and I have my Frosty repair.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat while driving on CT 15. Place was a ghost town during lunch time on a Saturday... weird. The service was good and the food was just ok. Got an order of spicy nuggets and fries. There was a big lack of flavor, but I was so hungry it didn't matter. The service was very good, however, and the workers were very quick and attentive. Makes sense, I was the only one in the store!! I don't think I've ever flown solo at a fast food place weirdly quiet/empty for a dense town..

They didn’t put a lid on my bacon fries. i call to complain to the “manager” she offers me new fries doesn’t give an apology or take accountability at all. then she hangs up the phone. made my car filthy and i wasn’t able to eat on my lunch break because they can’t do something as simple as putting a lid on correctly.. embarrassing

Ordered at drive-thru, was told to park and someone will bring order out, didn't receive receipt, ordered 6 cookies, received only 1, drinks with no straws and a nasty workers attitude, need to better train the incompetence of the staff because I will no longer go there. I went to drive-thru and actually had to go in side to get straws, and the place wasnt busy i went at 1130am way before lunch rush,I wished I knew I only got 1 cookie instead of 6, place is wrong, 1 star is 1 too many, McDonald's it is.

Wendy’s has a great product . This restaurant is managed poorly . Skip the line the app says, order in person doesn’t matter they aren’t capable of handling the traffic.
