Cafe Rouge - Greenwich

Went to O2 outlet and whilst the food was ok taste wise it could’ve been warmer, service was mediocre, staff brought wrong tea. What I was shocked about was the pure lacy of cleaning in certain areas. There were large mirrors on the wall and the bottom edges had a thick layer of dust on them, as did the small shelf with lamp in one booth where we also found rubbish left by a previous occupant. One part of table had some dried food stuck to it. Won’t be going back

We were very satisfied with our late afternoon meal at this restaurant after a long day of traveling. The wait staff was helpful and the daily specials menu offered a great variety of options. The food was delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good value for the price. The restaurant is conveniently located near the O2 Arena, making it a good choice before or after an event, but it may be best to make a reservation ahead of time.

I have enjoyed some excellent meals at various Cafe Rouge locations in London, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. The pate was decent, but the burger and chips were flavorless and served cold. My partner's meal was satisfactory. The service was good, with friendly staff working efficiently despite the busy atmosphere. However, it was disappointing that they did not accept my Blue Light Card on this particular night due to an event, even though they do accept them at other times.

We thought we had arrived at the O2 with plenty of time to eat before seeing Peter Kay, but we were wrong! There were long queues outside all of the restaurants, so we decided to go to Cafe Rouge because the line didn't seem as long as some of the others. Despite how busy it was, we enjoyed good food and received friendly and efficient service. We had a lovely meal and still managed to get into the venue on time!

Order taken quickly , starters brought out. Then we waited and waited dishes were not removed after waiting nearly 50 mins I asked what had happened to put food . Server said they would check but never came back , I had to ask again , it was then brought out warm and burger bun was rock hard . By now restaurant was practically empty , apart from staff all sitting at a table laughing and joking and eating and drinking . Extremely poor service and would avoid at all costs . No wonder there was no queue for a table .
